Salon Scheduling
Our scheduling has been designed to give you
and us the maximum amount of time we need. So we ask that you help
us by being on time for your appointment. We also recommend scheduling
your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to help ensure
your choice of times.
Spa Scheduling
We want you to totally relaxed when you come see us and we never
want to rush your treatment. So we encourage you to arrive a few
minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change into a
robe and slippers, place your valuables in a personal locker, then
relax and enjoy a beverage in our Quiet Room. We also recommend
scheduling your next visit prior to leaving the spa.

if you have any significant health issues or if you may be pregnant.
* Remember to request extra time between appointments if desired
* Please note that all treatment times are approximate.
Cancellation Policy
Quite often, we have a waiting list of clients hoping to get a last-minute
appointment, so we would appreciate 24 hours' notice of cancellation.
However, to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service(s),
we require 5 hours' notice.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in prices for any salon or spa services
or packages.
